Special Mailroom and Postal Counter Services Arrangement

From 2 December 2020 and until further notice, the operating hours & service arrangement of the Mailroom and Postal Counter (Room 2615, 2/F near Lift 31-32) will be revised as follows:

Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays) : 11:00 - 16:00

*lunch break : 12:45 - 14:00

Postage services such as sale of stamps, posting of general, registered mail, speedpost & parcels are available.   ONLY Round 1 (from 10:00) daily internal mail dispatching & collection services will provide to departments / offices.  

The above arrangement is subject to the service availability of the Hongkong Post.
