Mailroom and Postal Counter Services Arrangement

Please note that the opening hours of the Mailroom and Postal Counter Services regarding self-pickup service of mails & parcels and other postage services is adjusted as follows:

Monday - Friday : 11:00 - 16:00 (Lunch break : 12:45 - 14:00)

Postage services such as sale of stamps, posting of general, registered mail, speedpost & parcels and one round (morning) of internal mail dispatching & collection services to departments / offices are available.

Please accept our apologies if you experience any delay in our service as we only have limited manpower at the moment.  Thank you for your understanding.
