Special Opening Hours of Mailroom and Postal Counter 

Please note that the special opening hours of the  Mailroom (Room 2615, 2/F, near Lift 31-32) for next week regarding self pick-up service of mails & parcels for staff & faculties members are as follows:

 - from 2 to 6 March: 09:30 - 16:30 (lunch break : 12:45 - 14:00)

If there is any parcel addressed to you, we will inform you to pick up or deliver it to your office.  If you have any important mail that you want us to find out for you or you have any other queries, please contact us at 23586342.

We will also offer daily internal mail dispatching & collecting service to individual departments/offices according to the information of opening-hour schedule and need provided by IDLPs/office managers.

To mitigate the pressure of University members in handling their mails, we will resume the services of the Postal Counter in Mailroom with the schedule below:

- from 2 to 6 March, 11:00 to 16:00 (lunch break : 12:45 to 14:00)

- postal services such as sale of stamps, posting of general, registered mail, speedpost & parcels are available
